Using The Pilates Magic Circle To Stretch

Hi all!!!  I wanted to share with you this quick vid that shows how I like to use the Pilates Magic Circle to stretch! Now, normally this little tool can be quite the torture device and clients clinch at the sight of it, however; I personally LOVE to use it to stretch verses using the yoga strap. It allows me to stay more focused on what it is that I am trying to release rather than have to constantly adjust my hand grip on the yoga strap and cause my fingers to go numb. Don't get me wrong, the strap is defiantly a good tool, but the Magic Circle allows you to do some other cool stuff.
